WEEK 1
Creating a Task Blueprint
In this first full week of the program, you will learn about system types, understand your specific needs, choose your system, and create a Task Blueprint of all the things this system covers.
WEEK 2
Organize and Create
In week 2, we are organizing all your folders, documents, and making sure that you are able to create unique templates that fit your workflow best.
MODULE 3
Implement Your Templates
Now its time to implement those templates and make sure they can be easily found.
We will work with AirTable and set things up for future use.
WEEK 4
Move Into Maintenance Mode
This is the place you want to be. When you move into maintenance mode, you get to just let things flow and only come back once a month to make sure everything stays in tip top shape. In Week 4 of the program, we learn how to update your system through regular maintenance and how to reflect on your needs as you and your business move into different seasons.
