Understanding Teacher Feedback
Teaching writing is a lot. There are far fewer multiple choice tests and far more writing assignments. With all that writing comes more reading and time and feedback that you need to give to students. But are they even reading it, using it, applying it? It's enough to make your head explode. I know mine was surely close. With 185 gifted 9th graders + 25 college composition students to help, I needed a lifeboat...and fast.
